Pine, the online conference tool for Techorama 2021

Techorama2021-Menu.png

Techorama uses Pinetool.ai, a robust online conference platform that powered quite a few large conferences that have gone virtual in the last months. We think this platform will give you a few pleasant days of deep learning – the Techorama way!

First things first! Eventbrite registration!

To get access to Techorama 2021, you will first need to be registered with your personal information and a unique email address via Eventbrite. Quite easy when you have bought your ticket directly through Eventbrite. When you or your company did buy tickets via our invoicing platform, the requestor of the tickets will only get a valid Eventbrite registration link after the invoice was paid by bank transfer and once we were able to process the payment. The Eventbrite registration link provides the option to register one or multiple persons with a specific ticket type, depending on the requested tickets in the invoice.

Please contact the requestor of the tickets to confirm the registration was correctly done in Eventbrite with your email address. These mandatory registration links are sent from board@techorama.nl. Please also check the spam folder if you cannot find this email. Remember that we can only send a registration link after payment has been processed on our side.

We will use the unique email address of all registered persons in Eventbrite to send the invitation to connect to the Pine conference platform!

Getting started with Pine

When you have performed your personal registration via Eventbrite before May 12, you should receive an invitation on May 12 from hello@pinetool.ai to sign up for the Pine conference platform. Please check your spam folder in case you cannot spot this email in your inbox. You can only access the virtual conference and all sessions after you have successfully completed the Pine registration. This is a mandatory step so please read more about the registration process here.

Once you have registered successfully, you can access the platform. Please test this as soon as possible by simply logging in. If you see the menu, all good, you’re good. Welcome to the Techorama virtual conference!

Once you’re inside Pine, you will arrive in the lobby. This is a hub for seeing the main stage (once things are live and happening of course), accessing the partners and much more.

Techorama 2021

You can access all Techorama sessions by clicking on Virtual Stages. You will see the entire schedule for each of our 10 parallel stages. Click on a specific stage to enter the room and voila, you’re watching the session of your choice. Join and leave when you want, that’s totally up to you! After you have watched a session, please give it a rating via the tool as well.

You can also build your own agenda inside Pine! You can browse the list of sessions through the Sessions tab or the Virtual Stages and bookmark them. In My Schedule, you can see your own personal agenda.

Visit our partners

The virtual expo is the place to be to get to know our 2021 partners. Click on any of the partner booths to see what the partner is up to: they are organizing prize draws, presenting interesting topics and you can hop on a chat for a discussion. We look forward to hearing more about who you met at Techorama!

Grab a virtual coffee

Virtual Coffee allows you to talk with a random Techorama attendee, just like you would when having lunch or coffee in real life. Just randomly start talking tech to someone, from the comfort of your own chair!

Activity Stream

The Activity stream is the social media of our virtual Techorama! Just post your own news updates about how things are working for you or how you are enjoying Techorama.

Need Help?

As always, we are glad to help! if you need any assistance, please jump into the Event Support chat room or come to the Techorama booth in the virtual expo to connect via video. We can also be reached directly via board@techorama.nl.
